( IMD 220 ) Encoding and DVD Delivery

As the focus of this class, students will learn encoding audio and video for multiple formats, including DVD,. Also, students will learn to create interactive menu items that engage the viewer. Knowledge from previous courses, such as file format conversion, will be brought into play, along with graphic production knowledge to create print graphics for DVD packaging. Other concepts in podcasting and video for the web will be studied as additional venues for content delivery.
